Dispatch & delivery

Your order is dispatched within 3 business days, including personalised items. Transit time is additional to the preparation time.

These 3 business days cover preparation and handover to the carrier. This applies to every order, including personalised ACHILLE items and orders placed during sales or promotions.

Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. The 3-business-day dispatch period is not a delivery time.

Delivery charges

For delivery to France, before any shipping discount: standard Colissimo €4.90; express €8.90. Rates for other supported destinations depend on your address.

Free delivery to France on orders of €60 or more, after applicable discounts. Delivery charges and any shipping discounts are calculated using your address at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days after receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, then a further 14 days after that notification to send the item back.

You pay the return shipping costs if you change your mind. You also pay the transport costs for a size exchange you request.

ACHILLE personalisation is optional. Only ACHILLE items that have actually been personalised cannot be returned for a change of mind or a size error on your part. Non-personalised ACHILLE items retain the right of withdrawal.

These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, not as described or supplied in error by JEANNETTE.
