Please do not enter contact details or an order number here. Our team handles personal enquiries.

Which size should I choose?

On the product page, open the size helper and enter the measurements requested: neck, chest and/or back length, depending on the style. The helper compares these measurements with the product’s size chart.

If your dog is between sizes or no size matches, our team can help. Breed alone is not enough to choose a size.

What are the delivery costs and times?

Your order is dispatched within 3 business days, including personalised items. Transit time is additional to the preparation time.

These 3 business days cover preparation and handover to the carrier. This applies to every order, including personalised ACHILLE items and orders placed during sales or promotions.

For delivery to France, before any shipping discount: standard Colissimo €4.90; express €8.90. Rates for other supported destinations depend on your address.

Delivery charges and any shipping discounts are calculated using your address at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Free delivery to France on orders of €60 or more, after applicable discounts.

How do I request a return or exchange?

You have 14 days after receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, then a further 14 days after that notification to send the item back.

You pay the return shipping costs if you change your mind. You also pay the transport costs for a size exchange you request.

ACHILLE personalisation is optional. Only ACHILLE items that have actually been personalised cannot be returned for a change of mind or a size error on your part. Non-personalised ACHILLE items retain the right of withdrawal.

These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, not as described or supplied in error by JEANNETTE.

Can I choose the pieces in my set?

Yes. Choose the pieces you want and select each size separately. The total updates with your selection. No extra accessory is required: you can also buy every piece individually.

How do I personalise ACHILLE?

Personalisation is available on ACHILLE styles that offer it on their product page. Enter the name in the field on the relevant page and check your choice before adding to your bag.

The ACHILLE harness, collar and lead accept up to 9 letters. This option does not apply to every JEANNETTE accessory.

If you add a name, this personalised ACHILLE item cannot be returned for a change of mind or a size error on your part. Without personalisation, the right of withdrawal still applies.

These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, not as described or supplied in error by JEANNETTE.

Are all the leads hands-free?

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number. Check your dispatch message to track your parcel.

This FAQ chat cannot access individual orders. If you cannot find your tracking details or have a problem with your parcel, contact the team with your order number.

My size is sold out. What can I do?

Check the colour and size availability on the product page. If a back-in-stock alert is offered, you can sign up there.

We cannot promise a restock date without confirmation. Our team can help you find another piece.
