At Jeannette Dogs, each piece is designed in Paris and carefully made in small batches or to order, to limit overproduction and ensure responsible manufacturing.

Some items may be available for pre-order or made on demand. In this case, products are made specifically for each customer.

Before any order validation, the customer is invited to carefully check:

• the size

• the model

• the color

• the material

No modification can be made once the order has been validated.

⏳ Pre-orders – Made to order

Products indicated as "pre-order" on the product page are manufactured only after order validation, specifically for the customer.

For this reason:

• any pre-order is firm and final

• it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

Manufacturing and shipping times can be up to two (2) months from the order date.

The mention "pre-order" is clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

✨ Personalized items

The personalized items (engraving, embroidery, marking or any personalization made at the customer's request) are manufactured specifically for each order.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, and cannot be credited.

This rule applies even before shipment, as soon as the order has been validated.

🔄 Exchanges and right of withdrawal

For non-personalized items not made to order, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions:

• unworn item

• unwashed item

• item in perfect condition

• item returned in its original packaging

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and verification of the returned product, Jeannette Dogs will proceed to refund or exchange, depending on the customer's choice and stock availability.

Jeannette Dogs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
