Delivery Policy

At Jeannette Dogs, all orders are carefully prepared in our workshop and then shipped as quickly as possible.

However, in case of high traffic (launch events, holidays, special sales, etc.), the shipping time can be up to 3 weeks .

📦 Processing and shipping times

• Usual delivery time : within 3 to 5 working days.

• During periods of high demand : up to 3 weeks maximum .

⏳ We advise you to anticipate your orders, especially for gifts or departures on vacation.

✈️ Delivery in France & internationally

• Metropolitan France : shipping via Colissimo or Lettre Suivie, depending on the size of the package.

• Europe & International : Shipping with tracking number via local postal services.

📬 An email with your tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

📮 Tracking & Delays

Jeannette Dogs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers (strikes, customs, holiday periods, etc.).
That said, we remain at your disposal if you notice a problem or a blockage.
